Background

BarMagic principal Tobin Ellis began training bartenders in 1991 and has developed a unique training program in use by Caesars Palace, MGM Mirage, TGI Friday's, and a number of resorts, nightclubs, lounges, casinos & restaurants. The entire BarMagic staff has completed Mobil's 5-Star beverage training program and in total has put more than 1,000 bartenders through our program. BarMagic has also put union-approved bartender training and certification programs in place in New York, Las Vegas, Colorado, and West Virginia.

Format

We travel anywhere in the world to deliver on-site training solutions. Training programs come with written training plans, student handouts, video presentations, low student-to-instructor ratios, and most importantly mixed-format instruction to ensure maximum retention rates. Training culminates with BarMagic's 5-Star bartender certification program.
