BarMagic, LLC is a Las Vegas based business established in 1997 that provides development, operations, and marketing services for hospitality, foodservice, and nightlife operations.
History
BarMagic of Las Vegas is a nightlife development agency that began in 1997 as a drink development and training company and was also the world's first website dedicated to flair bartending. Since then BarMagic of Las Vegas has steadily and carefully grown to provide a complete range of services with a client portfolio spanning four continents, ten years of national press, and a small collection of accredited industry awards.
Mission
BarMagic seeks to develop and operate innovative and profitable nightlife and hospitality concepts with a core focus on the quality of beverage offerings.

Tobin Ellis
BarMagic principal Tobin Ellis has 18 years of hospitality and nightlife experience throughout the United States and much of the world. Ellis began training bartenders in 1991 and spent six years in advertising in New York and Washington, DC. He has also held the titles of Co-founder and President of the Flair Bartenders' Association, Head Bartender for Caesars Palace (Las Vegas), NSO Bar Trainer for TGI Friday's and Nightlife Columnist for Australian Bartender Magazine, The Edge Newspaper and Flairbar.com. Ellis is a World Mixology Champion (Blue Blazer, Mixology Champion, 2005) and a 9-Time World Finalist in competition (Legends, Quest, Best in the West, Blue Blazer, Cayman Masters). He has been called a "Flair God" by Fine Living TV and "the Best Bartender in America" by emmy-award winning Iron Chef and Food TV star Bobby Flay.
Staff
BarMagic maintains an office in Las Vegas with a core staff of four consultants (Tobin Ellis, Kristen Schaefer, John Hogan, Amanda Gager), and two more in Honolulu (Christian Self, Jen Buxbaum).

BarMagic builds teams for each project from our core staff and when necessary from our talent pool of freelancers from all areas of nightlife and marketing.
